Gordon Allan
Customer Service
Gordon is a dynamic all-rounder at Park Bikes with exceptional product knowledge and a management skills for when needed. "Gordo" looks after sales, customer service, and coaching.
He is a current dual National Champion and Australian record holder is Para-Cycling. He started riding a bike in 2010 and took up cycling seriously late in 2013. He has raced in both the road and track disciplines for the past 2 years at a state and national level. His goal is to represent Australia at both Paralympic Games and World Championships, with Tokyo 2020 being the main target.
Gordo also studies Exercise Science at the University of Western Sydney. He is an advocate for Mental Health, working as an Ambassador for Lifeline and the Australian Institute of Sport.

Nicholas Azzopardi
Mechanic
After switching careers from Hospitality to bikes, Nicholas has found he has a knack for problem solving. His calm and attentive nature means your bike is in very good hands with him. He's a quick learner and always wants to improve and upskill.
Hi Belgian heritage mean Cycling and bikes are in his blood. Being a modest, quiet achiever, Nicholas probably rides faster and squats more in the gym than he will tell you.
Pat Coleman
Sales Manager
Pat has been a customer since our inception in 2012. He helped create great partnerships with Concord Triathlon Club (where he was President at the time), and various other commercial organizations in the early days. He has also been the President of our own Cycling Club - Parklife CC.
Since his early days as a Triathlete, Pat has had success in criteriums, road races, tours and long endurance events such as Peaks Challenge, Bowral Classic, and L'etape.
A born leader, Pat is a great is a mentor for the younger staff, runs training and strategy meetings and has created incredible cultural change since he came across from the corporate Town Planning and Property industry.
David O'Connell
Mechanic
Dave, or "Doc" has joined the bike industry after a long corporate career.
Doc is cool, calm and collected and often the wise voice of reason when we need to make a decision.
Nash Kent
Mechanic/Director
Nash has been part of the bike industry since 1995. He has represented NSW and Australia in road cycling and won state medals in road, track and MTB. Nash is an active member of Cycling Australia, Parklife Cycling Club & Bicycle NSW. He is also a Cycling Australia Level 1 Coach, a TrainingPeaks Level 2 Coach, former Head Coach of the Western Sydney Academy of Sport Cycling Program, and a former mechanic and coach for the NSW Junior Road Cycling Team. Nash has been a SRAM ambassador and is a current ambassador for the Bowral Classic and Mudgee Classic. He has been involved in beta product testing for Garmin.
Sydney born and bred, he has a passion for bikes, art, music, and design.
Before establishing Park Bikes in 2012 Nash worked for Trek Bicycles Australia as a warehouse store man, warranty/tech officer, Product Manager, then Sales Representative for 11 years. After this, his passion for retail was ignited as he Managed Renegade Cycles, Lane Cove for 2 years.
In 2013 Nash was appointed to the Sydney Olympic Park Authority's Bicycle Advisory Committee who regularly meet with board members to plan for safer and better cycling in the local area. He believes strongly in the local bike store.

Tom Millard
Finance
Tom has been a part of Park Bikes since 2012. Originally, he did work experience with us, and we immediately offered him a job afterwards.
Tom looks after accounts receivable, accounts payable and provides reporting and financial advice.
Even though Tom is quite young his maturity and small business knowledge are years ahead of his age.
After receiving an almost perfect ATAR in his HSC, Tom deferred university to travel, ride, enjoy life, and then work at Park Bikes. He now has another job in finance but helps us out of working hours.
Tom comes from a Downhill/Enduro MTB background, but now enjoys road riding as well.
Rachael Nicholls
Customer Service
Matthew Sweeney
Bike-Fitting/Sports Physiotherapy
Matthew has 12 years' experience as a Physiotherapist. He has worked with various clinics and private sporting institutes over this time helping teams and individual athletes achieve their best.
Matthew does bike-fitting for us on a contract basis, and also works in the shop. In addition to this, he has a contract with the NSW Institute of Sport to provide Physiotherapy too some of the best athletes in the world in the lead up to the Tokyo Olympics.
Matthew is an active member of Triathlon NSW, Balance & Parklife Cycling Clubs.
Alex Wheeler
Mechanic
Alex works on Saturdays as a mechanic. He has well over 20 years of experience working on bikes and has spent time working in retail, finance and marketing (most recently for Yamaha).
Alex is a dedicated family man, but between that and his two jobs, he still get out on the mountainbike in his backyard - the Blue Mountains.
Lachlan Ceely
Sales/Customer Service
Lachy works part time in the shop. He's studying Engineering and doing some criterium races.

Richard Lang
Coaching
Originally a Lidcombe Auburn Cycling Club star junior, Richard has raced at the highest level. He has ridden for the AIS, Endura, Rapha Condor and won some big races such as the Oceania Games, and the Goulburn to Sydney. He is working with Park Bikes as a coach to make you a better rider.
Richard has his own coaching business and combining his personal training/cycling knowledge as well as his real world cycling skill Richard is now a valuable part of our coaching team.
